Working alongside Hub Property Group as the superintendent and designed by Cassisi Architects, we have successfully completed a remarkable fitout and refurbishment project in Richmond for Orthosport Victoria Institute.
Our team transformed a two-storey space into a state-of-the-art Medical Rehab, Consulting, and Research Centre. With meticulous attention to detail, we seamlessly integrated various functional areas to create a harmonious environment that fosters healing and innovation. The Orthosport Institute now boasts an expansive gym, a rehabilitation centre, modern consulting rooms, and a research centre in collaboration with the Australian Catholic University (ACU).
Innovative features include the installation of an Insitu Force Plate, which accurately gauges pressure on patients' joints during rehabilitation. We also installed a stylish glass lift for convenient access between the two floors.
