The team at LSR Construction works to ensure you are only five steps away from efficient completion. We are committed to providing our clients with a smooth, consistent process as outlined below.
Our process explained
in six easy steps.
01. CLIENT BRIEF
It all starts with an in-depth consultation where we aim to build a strong understanding of your goals, plans, budget and specific operational needs.
02. The Proposal
Once we have a detailed understanding of your requirements, we craft a proposal that’s tailored to you. We outline your full project scope with a clear cost breakdown.
03. Value add
We apply our collective experience to thoroughly interrogate a design. This allows us to dig deep into detail to deliver a proposal with the best value costings and efficiencies.
04. Design & Permits
After you approve our proposal, planning begins. At this stage, we collaborate with key consultants to produce design documentation and submit permit applications.
05. Construction begins
It’s now all hands on deck. We carefully select the best contractors for the job and project-manage progress and performance every step of the way.
06. Project Handover
Once construction is complete, we oversee the handover process with utmost attention to detail, including as-built drawings, documentation and training.
