Our first project with a valued collaborator, Fife Capital. This four-unit office and warehouse development covers almost 2500m2 of gross floor area. Located in the Fishermans Bend precinct, this project utilised 100,000L of reused water from Fishermans Bend by installing two 50,000L water tanks.
