Designed by Hot Black Design, Oasis Supermarket was an addition to the Mornington Central Shopping Centre. The construction included offices, amenities, cool rooms, kitchen, back of house area, and fit-out of the shop floor. The project was delivered in just 12 weeks within a live environment while Mornington Central was fully operational.
