LSR designed and constructed a purpose-built new facility for MRC’s thoroughbreds. As part of the broader development of an iconic site, the project involved providing dedicated civil and inground works and a range of facilities to support the welfare of Victoria’s prized thoroughbreds. Alongside 3500sqm of water, drainage, electrical and communications works, LSR orchestrated the design and build of facilities of a semi-permanent nature. Efficient and innovated processes allowed for some elements to be fabricated off-site and quickly installed, with the capacity to be repurposed if facilities are relocated as redevelopment continues across the site.
