One of Melbourne’s first DRIVE-THROUGH STORES FOR STARBUCKS. The delivery of a new concept model for Starbucks involved a comprehensive design and build strategy that allowed LSR to retain the authenticity of an America design model while meeting Australian standards for safety and compliance. From feasibility and design to sourcing original materials, logistics and fast-tracked construction; the project delivered with high value outcomes for all stakeholders while exceeding on strict design and budgetary guidelines.
