Our client V Leader required this 10,000m2 Mixed-Use Development to be built in 40 weeks, they came to the right construction team. 35 Warehouse Units with offices, mezzanines, storage and amenities, this ambitious project involved four different types of cladding (concrete panels, glass, Barestone and Aodeli), and the finished result exceeded the NCC standard for energy efficiency. Creative construction and efficient delivery to ensure the client's vision could be executed.
