Mitchell: Our team's growth and development is super important to us. We make sure everyone has the tools and knowledge they need to excel through training programs and regular development discussions. It's all about staying ahead of the curve and delivering top-notch results for our clients.

 

Bane: And it's not just about ticking boxes. We genuinely invest in our team's growth because we know that's what sets us apart in this industry. Whether it's leadership courses or technical training, we're committed to creating an environment where everyone can thrive.

Mitchell: Quality is our top priority. We've got systems in place for everything, from rigorous inspections to in depth project reporting. Our integrated management system is key to ensuring high-quality outcomes from commencement right through to delivery—it keeps our team across every detail and ensures we're delivering nothing but the best.

 

Bane: For us, it's not just about meeting standards; it's about exceeding them. We're always looking for ways to innovate and improve, whether it's adopting new technologies or refining our processes. That commitment to excellence is what drives us every day.

Bane: Absolutely, it's all about teamwork. When everyone's on the same page and working towards a common goal, that's when the magic happens. Our partnerships are built on trust and mutual respect and that's what makes them so valuable.

 

LSR: Company culture plays a big role in driving success. How would you describe the culture at LSR, and how does it translate into ensuring happy clients and meticulous project outcomes?

 

Mitchell: We're all about transparency, collaboration and continuous improvement. Everyone's voice is heard and their ideas are valued. We do a lot of health and wellbeing focused team activities like half marathons and surfing. Wellness is really important to us—everyone clocks off at 5pm and we encourage work-life balance.

 

Bane: Yeah, and that culture of openness and support translates directly into our projects. When everyone's pulling in the same direction and striving for excellence, that's when we deliver our best work. As Mitchell touched on, we care about the wellbeing of our team too. We offer gym memberships to every team member and encourage group sessions so we can have a bit of fun together while getting in a workout.
