Our newly completed South Melbourne headquarters represents a major step forward for LSR Construction Group. Since 2029, we’ve expanded, adapted and delivered some major projects for key industry players. Our new HQ highlights both our recent growth and future direction.

 

Delivered in collaboration with our design partner Made For Studio, it’s more than just a workplace—it’s a space designed and built to keep us moving forward.

 

 

When we set out to create our new HQ, we wanted it to capture the evolution of LSR. Made For Studio helped translate this vision into a space that balances innovation with practical functionality. Their creative approach, combined with our construction expertise, resulted in a workplace that feels right for both where we are now and the direction we’re heading.

 

Our work with Made For Studio was focused on aligning the space with what matters to us as a company: integrity, collaboration and a forward-thinking mindset. This partnership brought our ideas to life, creating an office that reflects both our values and dynamic company culture.

 

 

The layout of our new HQ was designed to support how we work. Open-plan areas encourage team interaction, while dedicated breakout spaces offer areas for both focused work and quick catchups between team members. The space’s versatility allows us to stay agile while accommodating the diverse demands of our projects.

 

Our team brought the project to life with care and precision, ensuring that every detail—from the structure to the final touches—met our high standards. The end result is a reflection of what we do: quality-driven construction paired with smart and functional design.

 

 

This new HQ represents a key milestone for LSR. In just five years, we’ve grown from a start-up delivering projects worth $100k to taking on projects valued up to $20m. Our new space gives us the flexibility to expand further and take on even bigger projects and more ambitious challenges.
