An expert collaboration for Cookers Bulk Oil

Working closely with the expert project management team at Connect Plus Property Group, the project resulted in a facility that successfully meets the specific needs of Cookers Bulk Oil Systems while demonstrating the effectiveness of aligned expertise.

The Cookers Road project was ambitious from the start. With a project size of 1000m² and a 32-week timeline, the goal was to create a space that was both innovative and functional. This required a tailored approach, balancing the client’s unique needs with the highest standards of quality and construction efficiency.

The partnership between LSR and Made For played a key role in bringing this vision to life. Both teams, in collaboration with Connect Plus Property Group, shared a commitment to creating a facility that would serve the client’s needs effectively, combining advanced construction solutions with thoughtful design.

The Cookers Bulk Oil facility is designed to optimise workflow and efficiency, featuring both office spaces and critical infrastructure to enhance the group’s operations. The design includes spacious work areas, storage facilities and specialised zones tailored to the group’s unique requirements. These elements were carefully planned to ensure smooth operational processes and ease of access throughout the facility.

The layout was meticulously crafted to allow flexibility in operations, enabling Cookers Bulk Oil Systems to adapt to changing needs over time. From the placement of essential utilities to the integration of cutting-edge equipment, every detail was considered to maximise functionality. The success of this partnership has already led to new projects, including the design and construction of a purpose-built facility for Australian shoe and leather manufacturer Waproo, as well as LSR’s new office space in South Melbourne.
