A Year-End Recap of LSR’S Achievements

As we reach the end of the year, it’s always a good time to stop and reflect. Not only has the year flown by but it’s been a challenging one for our industry. However, 2023 for LSR has been a year of remarkable growth and a lot of wins. 

One of the standout wins was the completion of CS Hub Development. This project demonstrates our commitment to excellence and quality. The completion of this project marked a huge milestone in our journey, highlighting our capability in the retail and shopping centre space.

The Cromwell Parade project also stands as a testament to our versatility and adaptability. Taking on a project of this scale required technical skill and thanks to our innovative tech approach to project management we were able to complete it on time and on budget. This also showcased our pre-delivery team, with their ability to manage the project from concept design, through to planning and final completion. 

The Charlemont 7-Eleven project is another great example of our commitment to client satisfaction being our third project delivered for Brix Property Group. As we celebrated the completion of this project, we took a lot of pride in setting new standards for retail construction.

Here we are, five years down the road, and we're standing at the pinnacle of our success. Our journey has been all about bouncing back, thinking outside the box, and sticking to a rock-solid commitment to excellence. This year brought us a bunch of victories including 40 tenders, nailed 10 projects, got 9 more in construction, and welcomed 7 new team members.

2024 is going to be another big year for our team. Among the ongoing projects under construction is Newpoint Business Park consisting of 72 warehouses, retail outlets, offices and storage space for a repeated client V Leader. With each project, we continue to redefine what’s possible in construction, and we’re excited for the next phase of our journey.
